Pa Fah was founded in 2022 by Seuy, after she was encouraged by her friends to vend alongside them on the streets of Thai Town in Hollywood. Her friends and family knew how incredible Pa Fah’s cooking was, especially her signature crispy fried chicken skin. At first, Seuy hesitated, but after she made her first batch of crispy fried chicken skin and sold out in an hour, she was on a roll! Customers kept coming back for more.

As a refugee from Laos, Seuy has been determined to keep the flavors from her culture alive. What began with one dish soon grew into a vibrant menu featuring Lao classics like larb and yum salad. Today, Pa Fah pops up every weekend at the DS Night Market and also offers catering services for those craving authentic Lao flavors at special events. She is on a mission to continue sharing flavors of Lao and pass on her cooking to future generations.
